1. Plastic pallets should be protected from direct sunlight to prevent aging and shorten their service life.
2. It is strictly prohibited to throw heavy objects from high places into plastic pallets. Goods should be placed evenly, without being stacked in a centralized or eccentric manner. The tray carrying heavy objects should be placed flat to avoid deformation caused by uneven bottom.
3. It is strictly prohibited to throw plastic pallets from a high place to avoid damage or cracks caused by violent impact on the ground.
4. When operating a manual forklift, it should be operated with a tray structure to avoid improper operation. Liquid forklifts should be fully inserted into the tray and evenly stressed to prolong the service life of the tray. Forklifts should not hit the side of the pallet to avoid causing it to break or crack.
When shelving on pallets, shelf type pallets must be used, and the load-bearing capacity depends on the shelf structure. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
